Job summary

AIHR seeks a Lead Agentic Analytics Engineer to helm its two-person Data & Analytics team. Translate business questions into trusted metrics, govern semantic models, and deliver agentic analytics that inform executives.

You will set architecture, dbt standards, and roadmaps while delivering the most critical models yourself, shaping data-led decisions across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or business-facing analytics roles, including hands-on analytics engineering.
• Proven track record building semantic layers or governed dimensional models end-to-end—from discovery to production models and adoption.
• Expert SQL and data modeling skills, with production experience using dbt and a modern data warehouse.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Omni, or Metabase.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to connect marketing attribution, revenue metrics, and product usage into a coherent model.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a rolling one-year Data & Analytics roadmap and guide tech priorities.
• Lead discovery across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to define metrics and semantic layers.
• Design, build, test, and document the most critical models using SQL and dbt.
• Maintain governance, data quality, and finance-grade definitions across the full customer lifecycle.
• Present results to senior leaders and explain assumptions and limitations.
