EY is seeking a Talent Product Owner – AI x Functional to shape Talent technology strategy across a global organisation. You will connect AI initiatives with Talent and Enterprise platforms, ensuring a seamless employee experience and guiding investments and roadmaps.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and transformation, requiring collaboration with stakeholders across Talent and Enterprise Technology to prioritise and deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven product ownership/PM experience in complex enterprise settings.
• Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, tech and UX into practical solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation and digital transformation in enterprises.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering clarity and momentum.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities.
• Connect AI initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to unify the employee experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging tech to improve Talent processes and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
• Drive governance, adoption and continual improvement across Talent products and services.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration for successful implementation and change adoption.
