AIHR, the Academy to Innovate HR, is seeking a Lead Agentic Analytics Engineer to lead our two-person Data & Analytics team. You will translate cross‑functional business questions into trusted metrics, governed semantic models, and decision‑ready analytics, setting analytical direction and building the most critical models yourself.

You will own the rolling analytics roadmap, drive discovery across departments, and deliver finance‑grade metrics and dashboards for executive review while remaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics engineering and data leadership experience.
• Proven track record building semantic layers and governed models end-to-end.
• Expert SQL and dbt production experience.
• Experience with Snowflake and BI tools (Power BI/Looker/Metabase).
• Translate business questions into metric definitions and trusted analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own a rolling 1-year Data & Analytics roadmap and prioritize work.
• Translate business questions into metric definitions, governed layers, and data models.
• Design, build, test, and document critical governed models using SQL and dbt.
• Own full-funnel measurement from marketing to revenue and product usage.
• Create and explain executive dashboards; ensure analytic quality and trust.
