Zusammenfassung

CS GROUP in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support ESA-wide hiring. You will handle applicant communications, publish job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors, screen applications, and coordinate online interviews.

You will manage the candidate pipeline, liaise with relocation providers, onboard new hires, and contribute to process improvements using SAP R/3 and SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment/recruitment admin, international environment.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar system.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle ESA-wide candidate communications and mailbox management.
• Prepare and publish job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Screen applications against formal criteria.
• Arrange online interviews and coordinate with interview boards.
• Manage candidate pipeline in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate pre-recruitment security checks.
• Coordinate relocation/housing services.
• Support onboarding of new hires.
• Contribute to process improvements via reporting tools (SAP R/3 & SAP SuccessFactors).
