Confidential Jobs is seeking a highly organised Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Netherlands. You will handle recruitment administration, coordinate the end-to-end recruitment journey, and support hiring managers to attract top talent.

You will ensure processes are followed, vacancies are advertised promptly, candidates are progressed efficiently, and stakeholders receive excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, recruitment administration, HR administration, or coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Recruitment agency or in-house recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment checks.

Responsabilités

• Advertise vacancies across approved job boards and recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates against agreed criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure recruitment processes and compliance requirements are followed consistently across all branches.
• Act as the main point of contact for managers regarding recruitment queries and best practice.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Monitor recruitment activity and proactively chase outstanding actions from hiring managers.
• Generate and distribute weekly recruitment performance reports and updates.
• Track key recruitment metrics, including vacancies, applications, interviews, and hires.
• Support onboarding administration to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiencies.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment campaigns and projects as required.
