Job summary

ATG Europe is seeking a mid to senior level Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire top international candidates for aerospace, space, and ICT projects. You will interview candidates across multiple countries and coordinate with client organizations in Europe, with potential relocation support.

The role requires 3+ years in recruitment, a degree in a relevant field, and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting both for corporate and consultancy.
• Experience in the Space sector is highly desirable.
• Tech-savvy and experienced with recruitment platforms and ATS.
• Passionate about working in a niche industry and willing to learn daily.
• Commercial and “can do” attitude, flexible and adaptable to change.
• Experience handling personal data and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of other European languages is a great asset.

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

• Source, match and select qualified international candidates through different databases and social networks;

• Interview candidates face-to-face and online and facilitate client interviews for candidates. May occasionally be asked to travel to the customer's premises in any of the countries we are present in: The Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, UK;

• Negotiate employment offers and inform candidates about per-country legal and expatriate regulations/benefits and address candidate’s queries to help them understand the position and the support we offer in settling in in the new country;

• Contribute to the development and management of talent pools of candidates by sourcing and building networks for current and future recruiting needs;

• Contribute to strategies to improve and renew our international sourcing channels and activities;

• Contribute to business development through talent acquisition for bids and tenders;

• Represent ATG Europe at key European engineering and/or science events;

• Stand in for colleagues in their absence and any other task as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager in support of the team and reaching the KPIs.

• Excellent attention to details and a high standard in terms of quality of output;

• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;

• Proficiency in English both written and spoken;

• Knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch is a great asset;

• Eligible to work in the EU or in one of the countries of duty (The Netherlands, Spain or Italy);

• At least a rudimentary sense of humour.
