DP World is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect talented people with meaningful opportunities across our organization. You will partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and business leaders to provide expert recruitment support throughout the hiring journey, during the full recruitment cycle.

This role combines strategic partnership, hands-on recruitment delivery, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience in corporate, agency, or fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and advise cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of sourcing, recruitment tech, ATS and talent assessment methods.
  • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; Turkish/Italian/Spanish recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Create engaging, inclusive job adverts to attract a broad candidate pool.
  • Deliver a positive, transparent candidate and hiring-team experience throughout the journey.
  • Maintain recruitment data and reporting using ATS and other tools.
  • Share market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to employer branding, process improvements, and inclusive hiring programs.
  • Identify opportunities to increase recruitment efficiency and outcomes.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting talented people with meaningful opportunities across our organization. Working closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and business leaders, you will provide expert recruitment support throughout the hiring journey, during the full recruitment cycle.

This role combines strategic partnership, hands-on recruitment delivery, and continuous improvement. You will help shape hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, leverage market insights, and contribute to projects that enhance recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience. Your work will directly support business growth by ensuring we attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent in an efficient, inclusive, and candidate-focused way.

How you will contribute
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, social media engagement, talent communities, and external partnerships.
  • Create engaging and inclusive job advertisements that attract a broad range of candidates.
  • Deliver a positive, transparent, and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Share market insights and talent intelligence to support informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects, including employer branding initiatives, process improvements, recruitment technology enhancements, and inclusive hiring programs.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and overall hiring outcomes.
What you will bring
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience delivering recruitment outcomes in a corporate, agency, RPO, or similarly fast-paced talent acquisition environment.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, provide consultative advice, and collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
  • Knowledge of sourcing approaches, recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and talent assessment methods.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, commitment to high-quality candidate experiences, and respect for confidentiality, integrity, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Fluent in English and German is a must. Turkish, Italian or Spanish language skills are highly recommended as third language skill.
