Responsibilities

• Act as an expert on internal talent trends and advise business teams on opportunities.
• Drive the Talent Agenda with business leaders and HRBPs, focusing on demand planning and succession planning.
• Develop and execute Talent strategies to build diverse internal and external pipelines for short- and long-term needs.
• Manage the internal vacancy process from start to finish for various role levels.
• Explore and implement alternative hiring channels to meet talent needs.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in a global FMCG or retail company.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Experience with international recruitment and procedures is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office, HR systems, digital sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
