Job summary

ASICS is building a new European retail HR leadership role based at the Hoofddorp HQ near Amsterdam. You will own the end-to-end HR partner function for ASICS Europe’s retail network, shaping a three-year strategy with the VP HR and delivering scalable people solutions across markets.

You will implement a coherent HR toolkit across countries, lead country advisors, and partner with Retail Leadership on talent, performance, and change. This is a build role with significant influence and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR at senior level in a multi-country environment.
• Retail HR experience across multiple sites and stores.
• Proven ability to harmonise HR practice across countries.
• Ability to influence partners and matrix teams without direct headcount.
• Strong knowledge of EU/European employment law in several jurisdictions.
• Comfort with setting strategy and delivering it as an individual contributor.
• Credibility with Retail Directors and Country Managers.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the three-year EMEA retail HR strategy with VP HR.
• Lead HR support for growth, transformation and change initiatives.
• Directly manage the HR Retail Manager in Hoofddorp; align with country advisors.
• Own complex ER matters and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Lead talent calibration, succession planning and development with L&D.
• Drive recruitment strategy and workforce planning for stores.
