Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Полностью руководить наймом для офисов в Амстердаме и Берлине

Join our People team as Talent Acquisition Partner: hire great people, make our leads better at hiring, and build an AI-first recruitment process that sets the standard. That’s why we started Trustoo in 2019. Trustoo is the online marketplace for local services, helping consumers easily find and compare the best local professionals.

Задачи:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for our Amsterdam and Berlin offices, for both operational and management roles
• Proactively source (international) talent through multiple channels
• Own our new ATS: workflows, scorecards, knock-out questions, templates and automations
• Use AI across the candidate journey, from screening and notetaking to scheduling and reporting
• Train and coach our leads in interviewing, scorecards, feedback and hiring decisions
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to hiring managers
• Track and report on what matters: quality of hire, first-year retention and time to hire
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience, with clear and fast communication
• Build our employer brand across channels, so more great people find us and want to join

Требования:

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up
• A builder with a love for tech and AI: you've automated parts of your own work and you want to do more
• Hands-on experience with a modern ATS (Ashby is a big plus)
• Experience training or coaching hiring managers, and confidence to challenge them
• Strong at sourcing and approaching international candidates
• A strong communicator who is persuasive and takes ownership
• Fluent in Dutch and English
