Job summary

Trustoo.nl is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment for our Amsterdam and Berlin offices. You will hire for developers, product, people, sales and customer success, guiding candidates from intake to offer with an AI-first approach.

You will implement Ashby ATS, build structured interview processes, train hiring teams, and help strengthen our employer brand across channels. This role blends hands-on sourcing with strategic impact in a fast-growing tech marketplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with ATS (Ashby preferred).
• Able to train hiring managers and work across Dutch and English languages.

The Position

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you own hiring for our offices in Amsterdam and Berlin. Developers, product, people, sales and customer success talent: you know where to find them and how to bring them on board. From the first intake to the signed offer, you guide candidates through a journey they'll remember for the right reasons.

We've gone all in on AI, and recruitment is one of the places where it shows. We are in the transition to implement a new ATS (Ashby), with a structured interview process, including scorecards, AI notetaking and links to our other tools. You take it from here: you run it, improve it and keep finding smart ways to automate the repetitive work, so you have more time for the human part.

You also make our leads better at hiring. You train them in running great interviews, using scorecards, giving candidates feedback and making a clear hiring decision.

And you make sure great people want to work here. You shape how we show up as an employer, wherever candidates meet us: online, at events and through our own team. You tell the real story of what it's like to work here, turn colleagues into ambassadors and find new ways to reach talent we don't reach yet.

The Team

You join our People team, a small team that works on everything from onboarding and performance to AI and culture. In this role, you report to our Head of People and work closely with our People Operations Specialist and our Office & Event Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for our Amsterdam and Berlin offices, for both operational and management roles
• Proactively source (international) talent through multiple channels
• Own our new ATS: workflows, scorecards, knock-out questions, templates and automations
• Use AI across the candidate journey, from screening and notetaking to scheduling and reporting
• Train and coach our leads in interviewing, scorecards, feedback and hiring decisions
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to hiring managers
• Track and report on what matters: quality of hire, first-year retention and time to hire
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience, with clear and fast communication
• Build our employer brand across channels, so more great people find us and want to join

What we are looking for

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up
• A builder with a love for tech and AI: you've automated parts of your own work and you want to do more
• Hands‑on experience with a modern ATS (Ashby is a big plus)
• Experience training or coaching hiring managers, and the confidence to challenge them
• Strong at sourcing and approaching international candidates
• A strong communicator who is persuasive and takes ownership
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
