Priva is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to bridge HR with our business units in the De Lier area. You will own end-to-end recruitment for a range of non-technical roles, shaping interview processes and influencing hiring outcomes.

With 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a product-focused setting, you will actively source talent, partner with managers, and help elevate our employer brand to attract top candidates in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will bridge HR and our different business units.
• You have 3 to 5 years’ experience as a recruiter in a product-focused company.
• You are intrinsically motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment and aligned with Priva’s mission and vision.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for non-technical roles and keep a sharp focus on candidate and manager experience.
• Optimize sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter (including the AI Sourcing tool).
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements and structured interview loops.
• Enhance candidate experience and employer branding to strengthen Priva’s market presence.
