Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for complex client environments in the Netherlands. You will design strategies, own requisitions from intake to offer, and mentor recruitment teams to deliver high-impact hires.

In this role, you will collaborate with sourcing specialists, provide market insights, and drive continuous improvement across the RPO delivery model, ensuring KPI-aligned results and an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing talent across Engineering, Mechanics, Production.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates using data-informed strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client standards.
• Partner with sourcing and marketing to attract niche and high-demand talent.
• Own recruitment for senior or highly specialized roles and high-volume hiring.
• Conduct market research and leverage analytics to optimize sourcing and hiring outcomes.
• Track stakeholder needs and manage relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Provide market intelligence and influence on talent strategy to address workforce needs.
• Engage and manage third-party supply chains where needed.
