Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is offering an outstanding internship in Internal Communications forBachelor or Master students. You will support the Employee Experience Manager, own recurring communications, and collaborate with Benelux stakeholders across an international business.

As an intern you will create the biweekly newsletter for 700+ employees, assist with events, podcasts and recruitment-related activities, and gain hands-on exposure to cross-functional teams while delivering projects.

Qualifications

• Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment (preferably in Communications, HR, Psychology, Business or Management).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Enrolment at a university for the full internship period.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute the biweekly newsletter for more than 700 employees.
• Support internal communications and newsletters across the Benelux region.
• Report to and support the Employee Experience Manager with events and ad hoc projects.
• Support selected recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interviews.
