Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to assist recruiters and people operations, gaining hands-on experience across the recruitment cycle and data reporting. You will help maintain the ATS and related documents, ensuring a smooth candidate journey in a fast-paced team.

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in HR, psychology, business administration or economics.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and hiring managers across the recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement and People Operations on intern programs.
• Keep ATS and related documentation up to date.
• Maintain smooth candidate experience and clear communication with candidates and team.
• Manage the team’s shared inbox and coordinate scheduling.
