Richemont in Amsterdam offers a six-month, full-time Talent Acquisition internship starting February 2027. You will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding interns, retail and logistics hires.

You will build talent networks, manage candidate data in Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, and participate in university career fairs. Enrolled in a university program and English proficiency are required; HBO education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university degree program for the entire duration of the internship.
• Interest in luxury retail and recruitment technology.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Own the full internship recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Support TA Partners with office and retail hires using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS to map, source, and pipeline talent.
• Act as main candidate contact, coordinating scheduling, feedback, and onboarding.
• Assist with campus recruitment events, career fairs, and early-career initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday and LinkedIn; support regular recruitment reporting.
• Contribute to global TA projects, e.g., intern induction improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers) specifically for internship positions and ad-hoc retail & logistics roles.
• Recruitment & Sourcing Support: Assist TA Partners with Office and Retail hires by using LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS to map, source, and pipeline talent.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as a main point of contact for candidates, managing scheduling, timely feedback, and smooth onboarding coordination.
• Campus & Employer Branding: Help plan and execute university career fairs, campus activations, and early‑career recruitment initiatives.
• Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate data within Workday and LinkedIn, assisting with regular recruitment reporting.
• TA Projects & Collaboration: Contribute to global TA community projects, such as optimizing the Intern Induction program and supporting process improvements.
