Richemont zoekt een Workplace & Facilities Intern. Je ondersteunt de regionale communicatie, zorgt voor contact met externe bezoekers en technische partijen, en helpt bij interne projectcommunicatie en ServiceNow-implementatie voor vijf landen.

Je bent momenteel ingeschreven bij een HBO- of universitaire opleiding, spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands en bent beschikbaar vanaf februari 2027 voor een periode van zes maanden. Richemont is een gelijkopportuniteitswerkgever.

Qualifications

• Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Puntcontact voor externe bezoekers.
• Ondersteuning voor externe Technische partijen in het gebouw.
• Coördineren van interne communicatie over verbouw- en projectactiviteiten.
• Assisteren met ServiceNow-aanvragen.
• Ondersteunen van aanbestedings- en energiemanagementactiviteiten en ESG-rapportage.
• Ondersteunen van bezettingsmetingen en data-verzameling.
• Administratieve taken zoals facturering, leveranciersaanmaak, naleving.
• Assisteren bij interne verplaatsingen in het gebouw.
• Bijdragen aan de implementatie van ServiceNow voor vijf landen.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a Workplace & Facilities Intern within our Facilities department, you will support actively the regional internal communication structure, creating and facilitating communication activities to connect with and engage our colleagues on the regional and in-market objectives and strategy.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

• Being the point of contact for external visitors.
• Providing guidance and support for external technical parties within the building.
• Facilitating internal communication regarding ongoing and future building projects.
• Assist with incoming technical requests via ServiceNow (Richemont's internal ticketing system)
• Assisting with the follow-up of utilities contracts, Energy Management, and ESG reporting across all five countries.
• Supporting our occupancy surveys and other relevant data collection
• Supporting with administrative tasks (invoicing, vendor creation, compliance).
• Aiding with internal moves within the building.
• Contributing to the implementation of ServiceNow for all five countries.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You are passionate about communication and writing engaging content with creative spirit.
• As a Communication intern within the Facilities department, you have a pro-active attitude to be involved in multiple projects.
• You are proactive, service oriented and eager to learn.
• You are currently enrolled in an HBO or University program and are available for an internship starting in February 2027, for 6 months.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
