Job summary

Richemont in Amsterdam seeks an HR Intern to support Benelux & Nordics HR activities including onboarding, offboarding and internal moves. You will deliver first-line HR support and build HR dashboards with KPI insights for managers.

You will assist HR Business Partners in Learning & Development, Talent Assessments, and the Annual Performance Cycle, while ensuring compliant and well-maintained employee records. Fluent Dutch and English required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hogeschool or university and available for an internship starting in February 2027 for 6 months.
• Interest in HR data and dashboards.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR activities for the Benelux & Nordics region (onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and contractual changes).
• Provide first-line HR support and create HR dashboards with KPIs for managers.
• Assist HR Business Partners in Learning & Development activities (Talent Assessment, Potential Assessment, Talent Development).
• Support Annual Performance Cycle activities (Mid-Year reviews, annual reviews, calibration).
• Maintain employee files in line with policies and data privacy requirements.
• Contribute to compliance project implementations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to understand the full HR scope.

By being yourself and showing your passion for people and processes, while demonstrating great analytical and communication skills. You are currently enrolled in a hogeschool or university and are available for an internship starting in February 2027 for 6 months. You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is considered a plus. You like to work with HR data and are experienced in working with Excel.

As HR Intern within the HR department, you have a curious and proactive attitude to be involved in the projects in our HR department. You are creative, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
