Job summary

Richemont is op zoek naar een Supply Chain Performance Intern om een sleutelrol te spelen in het bewaken van Europese reserveonderdelenvoorraad en distributie. Je draagt bij aan tijdige leveringen aan reparatieplatforms, boetieks en partners in 10 maisons en werkt samen met regionale teams.

Tijdens deze 6 maanden durende stage, startend februari 2027, ontwikkel je vaardigheden in forecasting, rapportage en analyse met Excel, en leer je presentaties maken met PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen distributie van reserveonderdelen naar Europese reparatieplatforms, boutiques en partners, en zorg dragen voor tijdige en juiste levering.
• Verzorgen en verbeteren van KPI’s in samenwerking met Richemont-ondernemingen en Maisons, en verschaffen inzichten in de spare parts-activiteiten.
• Zorgen voor een geoptimaliseerd voorraadbeheersysteem om het assortiment te verbeteren, tekorten te minimaliseren en beschikbaarheid te maximaliseren.
• Stimuleren van initiatieven om prestaties te verbeteren en workload te verminderen door automatisering van IT-stromen of verbetering van fysieke stromen.
• Samenwerken met de European Spare Part Coordinators voor naadloze communicatie en coördinatie in de regio.
• Identificeren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden door processen in kaart te brengen en efficiëntiewins te realiseren.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Within a team of five, the Supply Chain Performance Intern will be an integral part of monitoring European spare parts stock and distribution. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our repair platforms, boutiques, and partners across 10 of our prestigious Maisons, maintaining the highest levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the distribution of spare parts to EMEIA repair platforms, boutiques, and partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Elaborate and improve existing KPIs in collaboration with Richemont Subsidiaries, and Maisons, providing valuable insights into our spare parts operations.
• Ensure an optimized stock management system to ensure a best-in-class stock assortment, minimizing shortages and maximizing availability.
• Drive creative initiatives to improve performance and reduce workload by automation of IT flows, or by improving procedures of physical flows.
• Work closely together with the European Spare Part Coordinators to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the region.
• Continuously seek ways to improve our processes by mapping the tasks and procedures, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.

This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months starting in February 2027. Please note that you must be enrolled in a university program for the whole duration of your internship.
