Responsibilities include conducting active searches, telephone screenings, maintaining ATS records, presenting pre-qualified candidates, and tracking metrics to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source and screen candidates for high-volume roles.
• Strong engagement skills to nurture candidate pipelines across functions.
• Advanced Dutch and English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates to support multiple requisitions.
• Conduct active candidate searches via job boards, databases, and social networks.
• Perform telephone screenings and evaluations to assess fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment tools.
• Present pre-qualified candidates aligned with client requirements.
• Track recruiting activity, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to support talent acquisition priorities.
