Job summary

QualityAI, a leading AI-first quality engineering company in the Netherlands, seeks an experienced System Solution Engineer to support hardware, software, and infrastructure operations at client sites and remotely. You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex systems within a modern microservices environment, collaborating with global customers and internal teams to ensure reliability at scale.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in R&D, technical support or similar roles.
Experience diagnosing complex, distributed systems across Linux/Windows.
Native Dutch speaker with excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure issues (primarily L2 cases).
Provide technical support across Linux and Windows environments.
Act as a POC and SME for customers; install, configure, deploy, and maintain systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
Work according to support methodologies, KPIs and best practices.
