Job summary

Road is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to own the systems and infrastructure our teams rely on. You will work closely with the CTO in a modern, cloud-first environment to shape IT operations as the company scales.

You will be responsible for onboarding, device management, network and security hygiene, and supporting ISO 27001 work. This role is hands-on and on-site in Amsterdam with a pragmatic, action-oriented team.

Qualifications

Hands-on IT professional with modern MDM such as Intune, admin of Google Workspace and Okta.
Automation mindset: scripts/workflows to save time (Bash, Python or PowerShell) or AI tooling.
Clear communication and thorough documentation for non-technical colleagues.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, Ubiquiti/Meraki is welcome but not essential.
Willingness to work on-site and manage physical IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
Own onboarding/offboarding via Okta and Google Workspace, extending automated workflows.
Manage the workplace platform (Intune, Google Workspace, Okta) and device lifecycle.
Maintain security hygiene and support ISO 27001 work from IT.
Oversee the office network, WiFi, AV, cabling and vendor relationships.
