Job summary

COFRA Holding AG is offering a Sustainable Impact Intern role within our Global Sustainable Impact team in Amsterdam. You will support a broad range of sustainability initiatives and gain hands-on experience in how sustainability is embedded into business decisions.

The role emphasizes climate data work, research on transition plans and decarbonisation levers, and contributing to human rights projects. A strong interest in sustainability and proactive collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Master's programme, preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Finance, Economics, Data, Business or a related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Available for a minimum of 6 months; full-time availability is preferred
• Eligible to undertake an internship in the Netherlands for the duration of the internship
• Office presence required at least three days per week

Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of sustainability initiatives across COFRA and gain hands-on experience in embedding sustainability into business decisions
• Assist with climate data collection, analysis, calculation and projections across different businesses
• Research climate transition plans, decarbonisation levers and sustainability trends
• Contribute to human rights work through research, stakeholder engagement and presentations
