We are looking for a motivated and curious Sustainable Impact Intern to join our Sustainable Impact team. In this role, you will support a broad range of sustainability initiatives across COFRA and gain hands-on experience in how sustainability is embedded into business decision-making.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented and passionate about sustainability - but also eager to bring fresh thinking, an open mind and their own perspective to the team.
As a Sustainable Impact Intern, you will support the team across a variety of topics, including climate, nature and biodiversity, human rights, responsible use of Artificial Intelligence, sustainability regulation and impact initiatives across the COFRA Group. Your work will contribute to how COFRA and its businesses create positive impact for people, society and the planet.
Your work may include:
You will work mainly with the Sustainable Impact team, while also having opportunities to connect with colleagues from other teams such as Data & Analytics, Strategy, Risk Management and COFRA’s different businesses.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with both research and data, and is comfortable exploring topics that are still developing. You do not need to know everything already - but you should be curious, proactive and motivated to build your knowledge.
Previous experience in sustainability, consulting, project management, finance, strategy, data or another relevant field is a plus, but not essential.
During this internship, you will gain practical experience in how sustainability is integrated into business-as-usual across a diverse international group.
You will join a collaborative and ambitious Sustainable Impact team where your work can contribute to real projects and ongoing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced sustainability professionals, receive guidance throughout your internship and build your understanding of how sustainability topics translate into business action.
