Job summary

COFRA Holding AG invites a motivated Sustainable Impact Intern to join its team. You will assist across climate, nature and biodiversity topics, support data-heavy research and help embed sustainability into business decisions.

The role offers hands-on learning from experienced professionals, exposure to multiple COFRA businesses and a structured environment to develop practical research and analytical skills in sustainability.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Master's programme (Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Finance, Economics, Data, Business or related).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support Sustainability Impact initiatives across COFRA group.
• Assist climate data collection, analysis and projections.
• Research climate transition plans, decarbonisation levers and sustainability trends.
• Contribute to human rights research and related presentations.
• Develop clear summaries and outputs from complex research data.
