Job summary

Aviko is seeking a Sustainability Business Lead to translate sustainability ambitions into commercially viable solutions. You will identify opportunities, develop business cases and embed sustainability into our commercial strategy, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Agro, Procurement and Supply Chain to drive cross-functional initiatives.

You will work with colleagues across Aviko and Royal Cosun to deliver customer-focused value, growth and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Co-developing and implementing Aviko's commercial sustainability strategy.
• Translating sustainability ambitions into customer-focused value propositions.
• Building business cases that demonstrate commercial and sustainability value.
• Identifying opportunities where sustainability strengthens customer relationships and growth.
• Supporting Sales in customer conversations, tenders and strategic accounts.
• Collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Agro, Procurement and Supply Chain on cross-functional initiatives.
• Managing sustainability projects from concept through implementation.
• Sharing best practices to embed sustainability throughout the organisation.
• Collaborating with Royal Cosun colleagues on joint approaches.
