Job summary

Trouw Nutrition, part of Nutreco and an SHV company, seeks a Sustainability Manager for Swine in the ECA region. You will lead a comprehensive Sustainability Roadmap, collaborating across sales, technical, and global teams to drive strategies that pair sustainability with commercial impact.

You will scale our carbon reduction program, adopt digital footprint tools, and act as an industry ambassador. You’ll engage retailers, producers and partners, travel within Europe, and shape a sustainable

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Agriculture or Marketing.
7+ years of professional experience in sustainability topics, concepts and initiatives.
Experience driving sustainability initiatives and translating them into business impact.
Experience in animal production/feed/nutrition sectors preferred; other industries welcome.

Responsibilities

Lead the Sustainability Roadmap for Swine initiatives across the Europe, Central Asia (ECA) region.
Collaborate with sales, technical and global teams to drive sustainability strategies and business value.
Execute and scale the swine carbon reduction program across ECA; act as strategic driver and industry ambassador.
Lead adoption of digital carbon footprint tools; train stakeholders and identify emission hotspots.
Represent Trouw Nutrition at industry events and build a strong network across the value chain.
Travel within Europe (and Amersfoort area) as needed to engage stakeholders.
