Job summary

WestPoint Search is seeking a Support Analyst to join its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team. This role offers a great path for a junior-to-mid D365 F&O professional to develop expertise within a large, international application landscape used across multiple countries.

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, resolving incidents, service requests, and issues.

• Work with senior consultants and technical teams on improvements, releases, testing and upgrades, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Support Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Location: The Hague region

Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days a week on site

WestPoint Search is exclusively supporting an international organisation in hiring a Support Analyst to join its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team.

This is a great next step for a junior-to-medior D365 F&O professional who enjoys working with finance users and wants to develop their career within a large, international application landscape. Rather than moving from project to project, you will build real ownership and expertise in a live, business-critical F&O environment used across multiple countries.

You do not need to be a senior Functional Consultant. The key is a solid grounding in F&O or ERP support, an understanding of finance processes, and the ambition to become a trusted specialist for both users and the platform.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, helping finance users resolve incidents, service requests and functional issues.
• Work with colleagues across different countries and business units to understand issues, identify practical solutions and support areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and financial reporting.
• Work alongside senior functional consultants, developers and technical teams on improvements, releases, testing and upgrades, while coordinating with internal specialists and external vendors where needed.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles, while developing your knowledge of the platform and contributing to the continued improvement of the wider ERP landscape.

What we are looking for

• Around 2–5 years’ experience supporting ERP, finance systems or enterprise applications.
• Some experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is ideal; experience with another ERP platform will also be considered.
• An understanding of core finance processes, such as GL, AP, AR or financial reporting.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with end users and providing a good level of service.
• Clear communication skills, a proactive attitude and genuine interest in building a longer-term career in D365 F&O.

Experience in application management, IT service management or ITIL-based environments would be beneficial, but is not essential.
