Microsoft D365 F&O Supply Chain Specialist

We’re partnering with a fast‑growing international manufacturing company in strengthening its internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O team. With a major ERP transformation underway and multiple global rollouts, this is a high‑impact role where you will shape and optimise Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics processes across a global organisation.

This business operates across more than 25 countries with 800+ employees and has invested heavily in building a high‑performing internal Microsoft Applications Team, eliminating reliance on Microsoft partners. You’ll work directly with an experienced techno‑functional team in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

• Functional ownership of D365 F&O across Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics
• Analyse / resolve 2nd & 3rd line issues
• Configure D365 and ISV modules (e.g., Advanced Warehousing)
• Create functional designs and support international rollouts
• Act as the key Supply Chain point of contact within the team

Your Profile

• 2+ years D365 F&O Supply Chain/Operations experience
• Strong functional understanding of Production, Logistics, Procurement, or Product Management
• Ability to translate operational processes into scalable D365 configurations
• Power Platform knowledge beneficial
• Proactive, analytical, collaborative

Hybrid Working & Location

• Based in Deventer, with approx. 40 - 60% onsite expected
• Candidates must live within a realistic commuting distance
