Job summary

WestPoint Search is looking for a Functional Consultant to translate business needs into Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a strong focus on Sales. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and an international IT team to design, configure and test the platform across countries.

The role covers workshops, solution reviews, training, UAT, go-live support and ongoing improvements, while maintaining documentation and ensuring security and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Understanding data models, security and integrations within Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience translating requirements into functional solutions in international settings.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Fluent English and based in the Netherlands with right to work.

Are you a Functional Consultant who enjoys turning business needs into practical, well-designed Dynamics 365 CE solutions?

WestPoint Search are supporting an international organisation with a business-critical Dynamics 365 environment used across multiple countries. This is a strong opportunity for someone with hands-on functional experience in D365 CE, particularly Sales, who wants to contribute to the continued development, adoption and quality of a global platform.

Why this opportunity?

You will work closely with business stakeholders, key users and an international IT team to improve how Dynamics 365 CE is used across the organisation. The role combines functional design, configuration, stakeholder engagement and support through releases, testing and go-live activity.

You will have real ownership of defined topics, while working alongside senior colleagues on more complex or strategic decisions.

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into clear functional designs and specifications
• Configure, test and optimise Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a primary focus on Sales
• Support impact assessments for changes and releases, including dependencies, risks and user adoption
• Work with stakeholders and key users through workshops, solution reviews and training
• Support UAT, go-live and ongoing platform improvements
• Maintain functional documentation, user instructions and test scenarios
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security and compliance requirements
• Help improve data quality, adoption, scalability and the overall user experience

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Good understanding of data models, security and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience translating requirements into functional solutions in a complex or international environment
• Confident stakeholder-management, workshop facilitation and communication skills
• Fluent English and already based in the Netherlands with the right to work
• Experience with Customer Insights, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure integrations or Agile/Azure DevOps would be a bonus, but is not essential.
