WestPoint Search is seeking a Support Analyst to join its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team. This role offers a great path for a junior-to-mid D365 F&O professional to develop expertise within a large, international application landscape used across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, resolving incidents, service requests, and issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues across countries and units to address GL, AP, AR and financial reporting needs.
• Work with senior consultants and technical teams on improvements, releases, testing and upgrades, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge articles and contribute to ongoing ERP landscape improvements.
