About The Job
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant to join our Global IT Team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will support and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment, serving as a trusted partner for more than 35 entities across EMEA. Your responsibilities include ensuring that our ERP platform remains stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the stability, performance, and functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and stakeholders to deliver support and manage changes within the ERP environment.
- Act as a key contact for troubleshooting system issues and coordinating the resolution process.
- Implement enhancements and contribute to ongoing system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in global ERP projects and support broader system developments within the organization.
Qualifications
- Higher professional or university-level education, preferably in IT or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar support or consulting role.
- Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Proven problem‑solving abilities with a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving system issues.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications is a plus.
- Experience with WMS or Manufacturing modules is a plus.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Dutch proficiency is an advantage but not required.
