Requirements For The Supply Planner A.i. Role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, Category Analysis or a similar planning function.
- At least 5 years of experience in planning within the food/FMCG industry (experience with supermarket chains is an advantage). Given the requirements of this assignment, we are currently focusing exclusively on candidates with a proven background in the food industry. As a result, candidates from other sectors will not be prioritized in the current selection process.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, inventory management and financial planning.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI and planning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across commercial and operational functions.
- Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch
