Job summary

FrieslandCampina Professional is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to manage detailed forecast plans for the Cream portfolio. The role blends collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning to optimise product availability and accuracy of forecasts.

You will develop operational and tactical plans, lead S&OP reviews and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and service levels. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with hybrid work in Amersfoort.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Demand Planning experience is essential.
• Bachelor's + 4 years or Master's + 2 years relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Preferably experience within food/FMCG and shelf-life planning.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems, ideally OMP.
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
