Job summary

Interfood Group is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to bring structure to a complex planning environment, coordinating orders from suppliers to customers across our international network.

You will analyse demand and supply, check costs and quality, and work with customers, suppliers and warehouses to implement efficient planning. You will seek improvements using data and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience in international environments or willingness to develop.
• Strong Dutch and English communication.
• Analytical mindset with data, ERP and AI interest.
• Proactive, organised, and customer-focused with stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and supplier contracts throughout the order process.
• Coordinate incoming customer orders and translate them into an efficient planning.

Do you enjoy bringing structure to a complex planning environment, staying one step ahead, and working with people across different markets and functions?

As a Supply Chain Planner at Interfood, you will make sure our dairy products move from supplier to customer as smoothly as possible. You will work with colleagues, customers, suppliers and warehouses across our international supply chain to coordinate orders, manage planning and keep everything running on schedule.

While much of the planning follows a clear rhythm, every week brings new challenges. You will be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, commercial environment, with an informal atmosphere and short lines of communication.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will:

Your profile

• You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and finding solutions when plans change. You communicate easily with different stakeholders and like working in an international, fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in a dynamic international environment, or the ambition to build your career in one.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.
• An analytical mindset and an interest in using data, ERP systems and AI to work smarter and improve processes.
• A proactive attitude and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
• The ability to prioritise, stay organised and keep an overview, even when things change quickly.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
