Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Utrecht invites a Supply Chain eCommerce Intern to join our headquarters and gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving, international team.

You will support KPI reporting, manage order flow from A to Z, and assist consumer care escalation, with a 5–6 month term, 4 days in office and 1 day remote, and a €525/month allowance. Start dates are flexible, ideally soon, with January as an option.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program at a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Fluent English and solid MS Office skills.
• Available 5–6 months, 4 or 5 days per week (4 in-office, 1 remote).

Responsibilities

• KPI Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using performance dashboards.
• Overseeing order flow from A to Z by coordinating with warehouses, IT and local representatives.
• Day-to-day escalation management of Consumer care and reporting risks.

Job description

In this internship, you will enhance your understanding of the role that Supply Chain plays in an international eCommerce environment, and you will develop your communication skills in a complex matrix organisation.

Your key activities will be:

• KPI Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using our operational performance dashboards (Reporting, monitoring, analysing & improved suggestions)
• Overseeing our order flow from A to Z (Payments, open orders, stock allocation, on-time-dispatch, returns) by being in close contact with the warehouses, IT teams and local supply chain representatives
• Day-to-day escalation management of our Consumer care (Close contact with supervisors, identify and report risks when needed)

Qualifications

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• You must be enrolled in a BSc or MSc program at a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship and currently reside in the Netherlands
• Fluent English + solid MS Office skills (bonus points for experience in eCommerce)
• Proactive, curious, structured — but also fun to work with!
