In this internship, you will enhance your understanding of the role that Supply Chain plays in an international eCommerce environment, and you will develop your communication skills in a complex matrix organisation.

Key Activities

• KPI reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using our operational performance dashboards (reporting, monitoring, analysing and improvement suggestions)
• Overseeing our order flow from A to Z (payments, open orders, stock allocation, on‑time dispatch, returns) by being in close contact with the warehouses, IT teams and local supply chain representatives
• Day‑to‑day escalation management of our Consumer Care (close contact with supervisors, identify and report risks when needed)

Qualifications

• You must be enrolled in a BSc or MSc program at a Dutch university and live in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship and currently reside in the Netherlands
• Fluent English and solid MS Office skills (bonus points for experience in eCommerce)
• Proactive, curious, structured — but also fun to work with!
• Available 5–6 months, 4 or 5 days/week (4 in‑office, 1 remote)
• Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's.

Headquarters in Utrecht. Flexible start date: as soon as possible, January is also an option.
