Job summary

JDE Peets is seeking a Supply Chain eCommerce Intern for our Utrecht headquarters. You will enhance understanding of international eCommerce supply chains and develop communication skills in a complex matrix organisation.

The role includes KPI reporting, managing order flow, and escalation handling. The position requires enrollment in a Dutch BSc/MSc, residing in the Netherlands, strong English and MS Office skills, and availability for 5–6 months with a hybrid 4 days in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Dutch university (BSc or MSc).
• Must reside in the Netherlands for the entire internship.
• Fluent English and solid MS Office skills (bonus for eCommerce).
• Proactive, curious, structured, and a good team player.
• Available 5–6 months, 4–5 days/week (4 in-office, 1 remote).
• Educational institution must sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peets.

Responsibilities

• KPI reporting daily/weekly/monthly using performance dashboards.
• Overseeing order flow from A to Z by coordinating with warehouses, IT, and local supply chain reps.
• Day-to-day escalation management of consumer care, highlighting risks when needed.
