Job summary

Tradin Organic, a global leader in organic ingredients, is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator for our Amsterdam office. You will manage outbound orders, coordinate transportation, and ensure seamless delivery execution for our customers. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in logistics, strong planning skills, and excellent English communication. Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, customer service, or order management.
• Experience coordinating and executing logistical processes.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain overview in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete outbound logistics process from planning to customer delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PLs to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Procure and arrange transportation services.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve disruptions proactively.
• Handle customer complaints and logistics-related issues.
• Prioritize urgent orders and optimize operational workflows.

Supply Chain Coordinator (Outbound Logistics)

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing outbound orders, coordinating transportation, and ensuring seamless delivery execution for our customers. What You’ll Do

As part of our Outbound Supply Chain team, you will take ownership of the complete outbound logistics process, including:

• Managing outbound orders from planning through successful customer delivery
• Coordinating with logistics partners and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
• Purchasing and arranging transportation services
• Monitoring deliveries and proactively resolving disruptions
• Handling customer complaints and logistics-related issues
• Prioritizing urgent orders and operational challenges effectively
• Maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and participating in improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, customer service, or order management
• Experience coordinating and executing logistical processes
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain overview in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch language skills are a plus

Ambitious junior professionals with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid, 40% remote after onboarding)
Hours: Full-time
Contract: 1-year contract with the intention to move to a permanent contract upon successful performance
