DO IT Organic seeks an experienced Buyer/Trader/Category Manager to lead an international sourcing agenda from Barneveld. You will own your category, analyze markets, and shape trading decisions to improve margins and supply continuity.

The role emphasizes market dynamics, pricing trends, supply risks, and opportunities. It offers a chance to influence growth in a rapidly expanding organic foods business with a global supplier network.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in buying, trading or category management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market developments into commercial decisions.
• Experience within food ingredients or commodities is desirable.
• Academic level of thinking, preferably with a Master’s degree.
• Available full-time and office-based in Barneveld, the Netherlands.

Are you an experienced Buyer, Trader or Category Manager within food ingredients or commodities? Do you enjoy analysing markets, identifying opportunities and making strategic sourcing decisions?

At DO IT Organic, you will take full ownership of your category and operate at the heart of international trade. Working with suppliers across the globe, you will directly influence sourcing strategy, margins, supply continuity and business growth.

This is not a standard purchasing support role. We are looking for someone who understands market dynamics, pricing trends, supply risks and commercial opportunities, and enjoys turning insights into successful trading decisions.

You will join a rapidly growing organic food business with a global network of suppliers and farmers, while contributing to a more sustainable and transparent food chain.
