Are you ready to take ownership of an international procurement portfolio within the food industry? In this role as Procurement Specialist in Amsterdam, you will manage the sourcing of fruit ingredients used in ice cream production. You'll work with suppliers across global markets, contribute to innovation projects, and play a key role in securing supply, controlling costs, and maintaining high quality standards. This is a six-month assignment with the possibility of extension, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a globally operating organization.

Your responsibilities include:
