You will manage outbound orders, coordinate transportation, and ensure seamless delivery execution for our customers. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in logistics, strong planning skills, and excellent English communication. Dutch is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, customer service, or order management.
• Experience coordinating and executing logistical processes.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain overview in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the complete outbound logistics process from planning to customer delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PLs to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Procure and arrange transportation services.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve disruptions proactively.
• Handle customer complaints and logistics-related issues.
• Prioritize urgent orders and optimize operational workflows.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and participate in process improvements and projects.
