Job summary

DP World in Tilburg, Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a 15-20 person manufacturing team. You will drive daily production, safety, quality, and KPI achievement while fostering development and a high-performing culture.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies.
• Communicate clearly with employees, peers, and management to align priorities and objectives.
• Support workforce planning, training, and operational continuity within the department.

Job description

As a Supervisor within our Manufacturing team, you will lead a group of 15-20 employees, ensuring daily operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards, KPIs, and customer expectations. You will play a key role in coordinating production activities, supporting operational performance, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on leadership role where people development and operational excellence go hand in hand. In addition to leading and supporting your team, you will develop deep knowledge of the production processes and act as a subject matter expert within the operation. Your ability to coach, communicate, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement will directly contribute to team success, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
