Job summary

DP World in Tilburg, Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a 15-20 person manufacturing team. You will drive daily production, safety, quality, and KPI achievement while fostering development and a high-performing culture.

You will coach and empower team members, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate with peers to sustain production targets and customer expectations. English proficiency required; local regulations apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating people in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operational environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support a diverse workforce.
• Ability to balance people leadership with operational execution and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of 15-20 employees to meet daily production and operational objectives.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality and performance standards.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and service levels, and take action to improve results.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to help team members grow and succeed.
• Act as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processes and provide hands-on support when issues arise.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and process performance and support improvement implementations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies.
• Communicate clearly with employees, peers, and management to align priorities and objectives.
• Support workforce planning, training, and operational continuity within the department.
