Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced (Senior) Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end site operations, balancing financial and operational performance. You will manage fulfilment, daily planning, and long-term strategy while collaborating with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, HR, Finance and EH&S to drive performance and safe, compliant operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Production, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in site-level operations management
• Strong understanding of operational processes, KPIs and performance management
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data and dashboards
• Excellent communication and collaboration across organizational levels
• Proactive, adaptable and resilient with a continuous improvement mindset

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Logistics, Engineering, Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with responsibility for site-level operations
• Strong understanding of operational processes, production KPIs, and performance management
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop teams within a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with data and dashboards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
• A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach to continuous improvement
