Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting three Supervisors to join our Amsterdam site, supporting a leading technology customer. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help establish, grow, and develop the operation from the ground up.

This start-up phase offers a chance to shape culture, processes, and performance while delivering exceptional service. You will lead by example, support your team to succeed, and promote a safe, engaging, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within logistics, warehousing, or a similar operational environment.
• Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing and motivating teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
• A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative way of working.
• Excellent reporting and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous.
• Experience working with WMS platforms and/or strong Excel skills.
• The ability to remain organised, prioritise effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environment.

We are recruiting for three Supervisors to join our new Amsterdam site, supporting a leading technology customer. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing, growing, and developing the operation from the ground up.
