Job summary

GXO Logistics is launching a brand-new site in Amsterdam and is seeking three Operations Supervisors to lead a growing team from day one. You will shape how the operation runs, collaborate with the customer and internal stakeholders, and help build a positive team culture.

You’ll coach and develop colleagues, monitor performance and service levels, and drive continuous improvement using data and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• People-focused leadership with coaching and development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building at all levels.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and operational data.
• WMS and/or Excel experience.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

We're looking for three Operations Supervisors to join a brand‑new GXO operation in Amsterdam, supporting one of the world’s leading technology companies. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new site, shape the way the operation runs, and play a key role in building a successful team from day one.

Rather than stepping into an established environment, you'll have the chance to influence how things are done, support the growth of the operation, and create a positive team culture alongside experienced leaders and colleagues.

• A Monday to Friday schedule (07:00 - 16:00)

What will you be doing?

• Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and operational data
• WMS and/or Excel experience
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
