The University of Amsterdam is seeking a student assistant to support events at the Amsterdam Center for European Law and Governance (ACELG) and ACIL. You will help with coordinating speakers, travel logistics, and promoting events to Master students via Canvas and LinkedIn.

You will also design promotional materials and assist Directors and the Communications and Events Officer, with a strong emphasis on English communication. Availability on Mondays is required.

Formación

• You can communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to liaise with faculty offices and coordinate events.
• Experience with social media and basic design is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Keep in touch with speakers and guests for events and assist with travel/logistics.
• Liaise with catering, rooms and logistics; support on-site during events.
• Design advertisement material for events and conferences and post updates on LinkedIn.
• Communicate research events to Master students via Canvas announcements.
