University of Amsterdam is seeking a student assistant to support events and communication in the Amsterdam Center for European Law and Governance (ACELG) and the Amsterdam Center for International Law (ACIL) within the International and European Public Law department.

You will assist with speaker liaison, travel logistics, promotional material, Canvas announcements, and LinkedIn posts, plus on-site event support and Zoom link management.

Formación

• You are enrolled in a study at the University of Amsterdam or Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
• You can communicate clearly in both spoken and written English.
• The job requires physical presence at the faculty, especially on Mondays.

Responsabilidades

• Keep in touch with speakers and guests for events and support travel and logistics.
• Liaise with relevant faculty offices (catering; room; logistics).
• Design advertisement material for events and conferences.
• Communicate research events to interested Master students with Canvas announcements.
• Post on LinkedIn about events and conferences.
• Provide support during events and manage Zoom links.
• Provide assistance to Research Centre Directors and the Communication and Events Officer.
