Job summary

Flevum seeks a part-time student to support event organization for Dutch top-500 executives. The role spans CRM maintenance, data entry, lead generation, and creating event materials. You will invite speakers, map trends, and assist with Vision Dinners.

Work hours are 16 per week with flexible Mondays–Thursdays and the option to work partly from home. Ideal for a university student with strong English and Dutch skills and an eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

• Excellent digital skills (Excel, CRM systems, online search strategies).
• Proactive and independent work attitude.
• Strong communication in English and Dutch (written and verbal).
• University level thinking in business/related fields.
• Available for at least 2 years alongside studies.

Responsibilities

• Inviting speakers for C-level events.
• Mapping trends and developments for events.
• Keeping the CRM system up-to-date.
• Data entry and mailing activities.
• Preparing materials for events.
• Finding leads for the sales team.
• Supporting Vision Dinners (evening events).
